Service Terms

These are the terms for every K&L Junk Removal LLC job. When you book with us, by replying YES to your booking text or by checking the box on our booking or quote form, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, call or text us before your job.
Your Estimate
Your estimate is based on the photos and description you give us. When the crew arrives, they look at the items and confirm the price with you before loading anything. If there is more or heavier material than described, the crew tells you the new price first, and nothing extra is added unless you agree. Every job has a $50 minimum.
Disposal and Weight
Most of what we haul goes to the county disposal facility, which charges by weight. Our prices include disposal of up to 1 ton per load. Each ton over 1 ton is $100 per ton, based on the facility's scale ticket and charged by the tenth of a ton (for example, a 1.4-ton load adds $40). You can ask to see the scale ticket for your load. Some items carry extra disposal costs, such as mattresses, tires and anything containing freon; we tell you before the work begins, and they show as their own lines on your invoice.
Items We Can't Take
We can't remove hazardous waste, asbestos, unknown chemicals, explosives or biomedical waste. Please tell us if any of these are mixed in. If the crew finds them, they'll leave them in place and let you know. Light demolition is exterior only: sheds, decks, playsets and fencing.
Photos of Your Job
The crew takes before-and-after photos of each job for our records, and we may use them in our marketing (website, social media, ads). We never show your house number, street address, license plates, faces or personal information. If you'd rather we don't use your photos in marketing, tell the crew or text us, and we'll keep them for our records only.
Payment
Payment is due in full when the job is finished, on the day of service. We accept card (tapped or inserted on site), our online invoice sent by text or email (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay), cash, or check made out to K&L Junk Removal LLC.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Need to cancel or move your job? Text or call us at (443) 443-6556 as early as you can. Changes made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time are free. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice have a $50 fee, because we hold the truck and crew for your job.
Access
Please make sure the crew can reach the items: clear paths, unlocked gates and parking for a truck and trailer. Let us know about stairs, elevators, building rules or anything else that affects the job.
